Back to Basics – Food Journaling

Growing up, I remember people food journaling for weight loss. The activity of writing down what you eat drives awareness to just how much you eat and, in most cases, that awareness helps reduce the amount of food you eat. The same journaling can be leveraged to understand how the food you eat effects your body. Linking food to everything from reflux to acne to thyroid desease. The food we eat will either heal or hurt us… establishing the connection is step 1 in healing.  Check out my video blog on how food journaling helped me and proof it works!!
